General Terms and Conditions of Sale for a Plan to the Web Platform
Effective April 4, 2024..
General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Subscription to the Web Platform These general terms and conditions of sale govern the subscription to a plan and use of plan offered by Shareworkernet, hereinafter referred to as "Shareworkernet".
Purpose
This contract aims to define the terms and conditions under which the Client subscribes to a plan with Shareworkernet to access and use the services of the web platform.
Subscription to the Plan
- The Client may subscribe to a plan online via the Shareworkernet platform.
- The Client is invited to provide accurate and up-to-date information when subscribing to the plan.
Duration of the Subscription
- The duration of the subscription is specified upon subscription and may vary depending on the type of plan chosen by the Client.
- The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless terminated early by Shareworkernet.
Prices and Payment
- Subscription prices are those in effect at the time of subscription and are indicated on the Shareworkernet web platform.
- Payment for the subscription is made according to the terms provided at the time of subscription, including by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by Shareworkernet.
Use of the Platform
- The Client undertakes to use the Shareworkernet web platform in accordance with the terms of use defined by the latter.
- Shareworkernet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client's subscription in case of non-compliance with the platform's terms of use.
Termination
- The Client may suspend or terminate their subscription at any time, without reason, using the functionality provided on the platform.
- In case of termination of the subscription, no refund of amounts paid will be made for the current period.
Subscription Upgrade
- The Client has the option to upgrade their subscription at any time by choosing a higher plan offered by Shareworkernet.
- The terms of upgrading the subscription, including any additional fees, if applicable, are specified when requesting an upgrade.
- Upgrading a subscription with the same billing frequency, for example, from monthly to monthly or annually to annually, a bill is generated at the beginning of the following period, with the amount from the unused previous period at the new rate plus the amount for the following period at the new rate. This means the invoice will include the total plan amount for the unused period and the next period, which may be higher than the previous period due to an upgrade and rate change.
- Upgrading a subscription with a different billing frequency, for example, from monthly to annually, an immediate charge is made on your credit card for the remaining unused period at the new rate. At the end of this period, a new invoice is created for the next period at the rate selected during the upgrade.
Liability
- Shareworkernet undertakes to provide its services with diligence and professionalism.
- Shareworkernet shall not be liable for temporary interruptions of its services for technical or other reasons.
Banking Data
- Shareworkernet uses the services of Stripe, a third party specializing in secure payment processing, to manage financial transactions. Shareworkernet collects the Client's banking data in token form during the payment process for the subscription or upgrade directly on its platform. This data is necessary for secure payment processing, and it is transmitted encrypted via secure protocols.
- In accordance with our commitment to data security, Shareworkernet does not store the Client's banking data on its platform.
- The Client acknowledges and agrees that the processing of banking data is subject to Stripe's terms of use and privacy policy, available on their website.
- Shareworkernet disclaims any liability regarding the collection, processing, and securing of banking data carried out by Stripe.
